Digitech -The Pong Game
Today in Digi Tech we created a game called the pong game. To create this game we went on a site called scratch. I really enjoy creating this game because it was fun seeing what I could come up with.

Platformer game.
In digitech we're learning to make a platformer game. My one was based on sleeping.
My game just needs a few more tweaks and then it will be the final product.

Year 8 Design Brief by Raymond
Conceptual Statement
In the context of (Sports) I will design and produce a (Platformer game) for (Myself and my friends) to be used (To make my friends enjoy my platformer and also to entertain them ).

Arrow keys

Using the arrow keys to move your sprite though obstacles

Start the game
|
To start the game you need to click the green flag and then use your arrow keys

Level/Stage
|
To pass the level you would need to get passed the first obstacle to move on to the next level

Scores and Points
|
Your points start with 0 and each level you get 100 points for passing the level
Each time you score or get passed and obstacles you get points

Lives
|
you start off with 3 lives
Each time you die you get revived and also you have a certain about of lives eg: 3 Lives left

Obstacles
|
Something that forces your character/sprite to dodge the person or obstacle. eg. Maze,a huge wall and climbing

Background/Background drop
|
Background drops a background either if you move onto another stage or what is happening to the level EG: Space background

Music/sound
|
Music or sound is when a music plays a song or a beat and the sound is like if you're running you can hear the footstep

Character/sprite
|
A character or a sprite is a person who talks or an animal that moves and talks and also they have commands for them EG: Jump key for the sprite or character

Colors
|
Is to make the game look colorful not grey and white or black and white the colors make your sprite and background look really cool and realistic

What is the purpose of the different features of a basic platformer game?

The mouse control is the same thing as arrow keys move but you're now controlling it with your mouse for the game
